Kayaking and Biking Vallejo's goal is to revitalize Vallejo through concentrating on growing a vibrant Waterfront Community. Saturday 10/1/2016 Tasting: Noon to 3 P.M.
The Vallejo Yacht Club will be hosting a Chili Cook-Off with live music for your chili tasting enjoyment. The Cook Off will involve participants from the community sharing their favorite chilli entrance for judging. Download Chill Cook-Off Registration Form (pdf)
Last year was great and we are delighted to continue this great partnership with the Vallejo Water Front Weekend. We will have a full morning of racing going on with standard Olympic and Sprint distance triathlons, Aqua Bikes and Duathlons. These events can be completed as a team or as an individual. A race team consists of 8 rowers. The race course is approximately 500 yards along the Vallejo Waterfront with one turn. Race fee is $200/ team which includes the following for practices and race day: rowing instruction, the use of boats and equipment, a certified coxswain to steer the boat and a bowhook to be the eyes for the coxswain. Exciting News! We are very pleased to announce that Fighting Back Partnership will be hosting the return of the Ducky Derby! Thanks to our friends at the Vallejo Rotary Club the Vallejo Waterfront Weekend will be adding a new variation of a well-known fixture to the Vallejo Waterfront!
