The Vallejo Waterfront Weekend is excited to announce that we are back for the 2021 event and here to help! Planning is officially underway for the 7th Annual Vallejo Waterfront Weekend! For this year only, we will hold a one-day event on Saturday October 2nd, packed full of activities, entertainment, and community resources to help get our City through this challenging time, and have a good time doing it! The festival unites the Downtown and Waterfront communities and also celebrates the historic significance of the Mare Island Naval Shipyard. This effort requires the support of local and regional sponsors, companies, vendors and hundreds of volunteers.

The first Vallejo Waterfront Weekend was established in 2004 as a collaboration of events and organizations in Vallejo and the surrounding area. After a decade, we re-established this event to once again bring our community together. By maximizing resources and reducing expenses to create one major event, we created an organizational structure that local nonprofits can benefit from for years to come. We are celebrating and uniting the unique talents and diversities of our community while providing a one- stop shop for regional sponsorships and fundraising efforts.

For the 2021 Vallejo Waterfront Weekend, our committee has decided to give as much to our local nonprofits and community as possible. All individual non-profit event hosts will keep all monies raised at the event for their own non-profit, as well as we will be selecting a small number of event beneficiaries for 2021 to make as big of an impact on these struggling nonprofits as possible. Our goal is to help recovery our community after this pandemic through fundraising, resources and community support available at the event, and a positive event for our community. But we need your help and support!
