VENDORS
EVENT FOOD VENDOR INFORMATION
The vendor space is 10' x 10'. Fee is $150 for two days prior to September 5, $200 from September 5-30. Additional fee will be assessed for larger set-ups. Arrangements must be made prior to event. To ensure success, we do not duplicate menu items, so you may be asked to not sell certain items (on a first-come, first-served basis). Also, if food vendors have not paid vendor fees by September 10, they will not be able to participate.
DUE TO SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Set-up must be complete and all vehicles must be moved off site and to the parking area by 8:30 am on day of event. At no time during the event will vehicles be allowed on the event grounds. If you have not set up by 8:30 am, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to participate that day.

EVENT RETAIL/CRAFT/NON-PROFIT VENDOR INFORMATION (See fees below)
Applications must be received by September 15, and we will notify you no later than September 23 of acceptance of your application.

Please return the printed application below on or before Sept. 15, 2023 to Vallejo Waterfront Weekend, 1525 Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, CA 94590 or fill out the form online form and email a photo of your set-up with products to be sold.
Vendor Rates
The Vallejo Waterfront Weekend follows CDC and County Department of Health requirements and protocol. If event is cancelled due to COVID, your fee will be refunded in full.
