Dan Ashley Americana Rock Band ~ Saturday 12–1PM

As a vocalist, Dan has headlined great venues as well as opening for artists like REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, and Eddie Money, and has shared the stage with many great performers over the years including;  Dionne Warwick, Neal Schon of Journey,  Brad Gillis of Night Ranger, among many others.

With a unique blend of Country, Americana, and Rock, Dan brings a distinctive voice and unique life-experience to his music. Backed by a group of remarkable musicians who have played and toured with an impressive list of major artists, Dan is thrilled to share his music with audiences everywhere. In addition to enjoying Dan’s music, his many fans can watch him every weeknight on ABC7 News in San Francisco where he has anchored the evening news for nearly three decades, and this year as Host of Vallejo Waterfront Weekend.

The Frazier Connection ~ Saturday 1:30–2:30PM

Vallejo Music Promoter and former General Manager of the Empress Theatre is debuting his new band "The Frazier Connection" at the Vallejo Waterfront Weekend. The band features Stacy Starkweather on Bass, Dr. Russ Hands on Drums, Jason Stewart on Guitar, Michael McQuilken on Keyboards, Kevin Frazier on Saxophone and Vocals, Jordan Frazier on Vocals, and Rebecca Chourre on Vocals. 

Kevin Frazier grew up in the bay area and has been singing and playing saxophone for over 40 years. Throughout the years Kevin has built a loyal fan base. The new band promises to deliver heartfelt solos on every instrument, soulful saxophone with influences of the late great David Sanborn and Grover Washington Jr., and some intimate moments when Kevin and his daughter Jordan trade solos on vocals and sax.


D'Groove's simple concept of playing the latest dance tunes, most heartfelt ballads, classic old school, and favorite standards assures a good time for all. Our Members have over 25 years of experience, their priority is to play a variety of music that is both enchanting and diversified, so that people of all ages may listen to it and dance to it with delight.

They have performed at venues ranging in size from the expansive ATT Park in San Francisco to the smaller intimate taverns and clubs in the area. 

Audiences are astounded by the amount of energy they bring to the party, so bring your dancing shoes!

The rhythm of the street, the heartbeat of The City, the birthplace of the Grammy-Award winning band Santana, and so it is also with CARNAVAL! San Francisco Bay Area top musicians, have rebranded as CARNAVAL!, the Bay Area's Santana Tribute-Band. 

These seasoned musicians have spent decades honing their craft to bring you the legendary sounds of Santana. You’ll hear all the hits from those early years through the new favorites of today. All of it played with the same instrumentation, soul, and passion. CARNAVAL! faithfully recreates the drive and the sound that has made Santana’s music a mainstay in rock music history for the past five decades!


The Curtis Family ~ Saturday Headliner 6–7:30PM

America’s Got Talent finalists, The Curtis Family C-notes, are a musical family band and vocal group, consisting of Maestro (Papa C), his wife (Mama C), and their 5 children: Zahara (14) vocals, guitar/ukulele and violin, Nile (13) vocals, electric bass and cello, Isis (12) vocals, drums, percussions, Kiki (10) vocals, electric guitar/ukulele, and Phoenix (8) vocals and piano. 

In the tradition of family bands such as the Jackson 5, the Partridge Family, the Sylvers, the Carpenters, they perform songs by the Mills Brothers, the Andrews Sisters, Jefferson Airplane, Sly & the Family Stone and the Hawkins Singers, as well as original compositions. The whole family brings nothing but talent to the stage and you’ll be entertained by their dynamic together.
